At Miriélla, every piece is custom-made with care and intention. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All Miriélla jewelry is made to order.
- Processing time: 7–14 business days
- This includes design, customization, and quality checks
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time & Rates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated shipping times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Because each piece is custom-made, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume
- Customization complexity
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)
Miriélla is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Miriélla is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
